Generally, what time can you get early prices from for low level races?

I mostly use PP and some races can be priced up at 8 pm on the day before. Usually all priced at 10 am the morning of the race unless its a 'hot' one, which isn't that often. There doesn't seem to be any reason otherwise why some races are priced up long before others.

Do you have a hot tip?!! ;)

Na, not a tip, a friend has a leg of horse running in Wexford and wanted to put a few quid on it.
Would hate if it won and I didn't have it backed
