Hi, had a cervical MRI recently and one of the findings was:
Focal Abnormality of the cervical cord is demonstrated

Has anyone come across this finding before? I have an appointment with a specialist in a few weeks and my GP did not really explain the results to me as he is leaving it to the specialist but I am curious/worried in the meantime. Have done loads of goggling but cannot find a clear definition for it.

Thanks for any help with this.

    hi op

noone here is going to be able to explain this to you without the context of your history and a physical examination etc.

you need to speak to your doctor(s) again
