Delivery from the UK?

    Im supposed to be receiving a Delivery from the Uk from the "Parcelforce UK",
    However it seems theres an error.

    I tried contacting parcel force to no avail.
    I also looked up online to see who they use for deliveries in Ireland, and cant seem to find a definitive answer?
    Does anyone know or have any advice in this situation?

    edit: contacted parcelforce again and they now said its with fedex in dublin and to contact them
    I contact fedex and they ask for a tracking number when I explain situation, which is not the same as my parcelforce one.
    I contact parcelforce again and they dont have a clue what im on about after explaining what fed ex are asking for

    I would say you should get onto whoever sent the parcel.

    Neither ParcelForce nor Fedex will take changes or special instructions from the receiver - only the sender.

    If the address needs to be updated etc only the sender can do this.
