need help to diagnose a problem with a Case MXU 115

    Hi new here and i need to help a tecnophobe hubby who just cant cope with rain ruining the hay and silage and now the tractor is not working ... the problem is ..the fuse for the instrument cluster keeps blowing any ideas why ??

    Its most likely that theres a wire stripped someplace and is probably rubbing off the floor of the cab,these TSA/MXU cabs do a good bit of moving when you are in transit due to their design,ive seen this sort of thing a few times,its almost always a stripped wire,take out the floor mat and some of the panelling around the steering column and have a look at the looms,better again get a mechanic to do it.

    Thanks for that , we had a mechanic out and he claims he couldnt find the problem . Hubby is on his way out to yard now to look himself.

    hi I have a case mxu 115. there seems to be some oil coming out near the bottom of the steering column inside the cab near the floor? any ideas? is it just a seal that needs replacing or is it somethin more serious?
