Hi,

We have a double room to rent in a really nice 3 Bedroom apartment off Oscar Traynor Road, Santry, Dublin 9.

Might be best suited to a postgrad/mature student (but open to any students!) as it is a 10 minute (ish?) drive from the closest college, DCU, and the apartment is shared with two female non-students (but we're young! :P ).

The area is well serviced by buses and the apartment is close to shops etc. Would be convenient for Beaumont hospital too for students on placement.

Rent is 350 per month.
TV & Broadband are included in the rent. PM me if interested!
