problem with flush water siphoning into toilet bowl

    i cant figure out why water is running into my toilet even when the power is off,a tiny continuous flow runs into the bowl, once it overflowed onto the floor! its a 96 b584,water is pumped from the main tank, any ideas?

    There's a solenoidvalve gone in the loo.
