    If I remember rightly, my Ultimate CF shipped with 15mm of spacers (1x 5mm, 1x 10mm).

    My Roadlite (Road bike) came with 25mm under the stem. 10, 10, 5.

    Also in case you don't know, Canyon stems are non standard. Try and make sure that you are happy enough with the reach that the stem provided suits. If it doesn't fit you, then you can swap it at no cost other than postage within a limited time frame (can't remember exactly) but its easier to get first time right - as I know from experience.
