I got my braces off almost 4 years ago. I went back to my Orthodontist just once, a month or two after getting them off for a check-up, but haven't been called back at all since. I still wear my retainer about 5/6 nights a week, but just wondering does it ever need to be tightened or should I have been called back…

My teeth still look the same to me as when the braces came off, but just said I'd ask incase! Thanks.
