rear fogs on peugeot 206

    Could someone tell me what the peugeot 206 looks like from the back when rear fog lights are on?
    Had the car in for nct and it failed on rear fogs - reason: not working or faulty; location: middle rear
    When i turn them on the one in the middle of the bumper comes on and that's it, there is a crack in it alright but if they failed it for the crack would they have give damaged/broken as the reason? Or should i have a light on each side as well?
    I can't find any images online and don't have a manual for the car.
