ROS Log In Problems

    ROS is driving me mad

    Logging in from work PC I get
    'Loading Certificates' hanging and
    'Java applet failed to load' error message

    IT are telling me to ring the Revenue to have my 'Certificates' reloaded to my PC ?

    Logging in from my personal lap top I get the same messages. I've uploaded the latest version of Java (yesterday) and I've tried using Chrome and Firefox (to my lap top, I don't have these privileges on my work PC).

    I'm getting nowhere here. Is it time to ring the Revenue helpdesk (and it's answering machine) ?

    Can I still submit my Form 11 hard copy or does everything have to go through ROS.ie now ?

    Which machine have you stored the ROS digital certs on? That is the machine ROS should work on. If its the work one and you can't update the java there that might be your issue.
