Motorbike License Question

Hey all, I have a question about a license for a motorbike.

I passed my theory test for both the car the bike last year. I have a full license for the car since October of last year. I was fortunate enough not to have to undergo all the new procedures for learner drivers. I kept putting off following up the motorbike license as I had no real need. I did the bike theory test purely out of interest as one day I would like to have a bike. That day may be coming sooner as keeping a car on the road is becoming too expensive. I'm just wondering what the story is with the license? I passed the theory test for the bike long before the new regulations were put in place. Does that even matter? Any and all advice welcome!

    Cheers.

If you didn't get your learners permit for bikes before the new regulations came in, you will have to follow the new guidelines.

People used to be allowed to ride a 50cc moped on their car licence but no longer. One way around it might be one of those three wheeled scooters which can be riden/driven on a car licence to the best of my knowledge.
