    Hi all,
Quick question. If there is a flight booked for multiple people on one booking, can the individuals of the group check in separately if not all the party will be there?

    Thanks

It will depend on the airline but generally i'd say you would all have to be present.

    Who are you flying with?

Flying Aer Lingus. One of the guys using 100% certain what time he'll make, even if he will. We're not checking in online anyway.

People on the same booking can check in separately :)

Perfect, thanks for that! Saves a bit of stress for us!

But you may find that if there are check-in bags, they must all be checked in at the same time. That happened me two years ago flying SAS to Copenhagen with a party on a single booking, not sure if it also applies to Aer Lingus.

I think they do booking by your passport. They don't even check your reservation numbers, they have your name details already and just check you in that way. So I'd imagine they can do that separately.

Thanks for the replies. All hand luggage thankfully! Im assuming that means we can only do desk check in and not the 'fast pass'?
