Companies that are not on the RGII list advetising boilers and heating upgrades

    I've come across a couple of companies online that are advertising heating upgrades and new boilers and they are not on the RGII list.

    Whats the crack there?
    Any thought on the matter?

    Just not listed or paying someone else to issue the certs?

    once the person who actually installs the boiler is registered its not a problem .anyone can sell a system.

    Obviously far to busy to do a 10 day course to become gas engineers and do it properly, i'v heard Chevcon are starting a online course soon so that should help them out;)

    we all had to do a 4 year apprenticeship, they do it in 10 days. hahahahahahahaha. God help us all.

    yes gb gas in the uk do it ,most popular course there at the moment .:)

    Talking about God, Chevcon are running a special on their 8 day priest course, you have to buy your own robes but they supply the wine and the candles, i'v already done a couple of weddings, handy money(cash) but people get upset cuddle the bridesmaids:o

    I was going to do the gynaecology course but they want proof of past experience so I didn't qualify for that one:eek:

    Yeah. Well your supposed to be a plumber,electrician or fitter to do the GID and they never looked for experience there .

    God here. Thread closed. We have established its legal to supply boilers and controls without RGII certs etc once the person fitting is certified. Gas certified that is
