I've recently completed a single story extension to rear of house, small enough thing and definitely within planning regs.
i'm trying to find out exactly what documentation i need to have in place whenever the day come to sell the place. as i'd ideally like to have it in place sooner rather than later.
i know i need a cert of compliance from an architect re: planning regs and obviously the BER, but is there anything else?

If you altered the electrical wiring in anyway you need a cert from your electrician, either RECI or ECSSA
