Vitamin Difference in animals due to farming practice

    Environmentalist Tracy Worcester says small farms produce milk and beef which is richer in vitamins

    This was on twitter early from Jermey Vine of the BBC


    How can this be so as an animal that has a vitamin deficiency is not going to be the best so it will not get best price.

    So no matter what scale you farm on, it is not best practice

    Basic leaving Cert biology your body cannot store vitamins, so small scale farms cannot be turning out animals with 110 and big scale 100 (where 100 is maximum vitamin capacity) that cannot be the answer.

    So any idea what she is basing this on

    think she was looking for a sound bite....... its refering to pigs though is it not?
