The sticky at the top of the first page in the forum would be the place to look.

You used be able to get the norwegian broadcasts, not if that is still possible.

1w is the position of Thor satellite which has Norweigian, Swedish, Danish, Finish, Romanian & other TV from countries on it.

Plenty of Live football from the Premier League on that bird

    Coordinates?
Manc-Red just gave you the orbital position of the satellite, there are no other coordinates needed.
Shummer take a read of this http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2054876132 there is a wealth of information there on what is available and how to receive it.
Decide what you want to receive, and more importantly how much you want to spend.

You can get set up with a dish, receiver and sub for as little as €400(Assuming DM500s, TD88dish and a Cyfra Sub) or as much as.....Well the sky is the limit, Sky Calcio, Sky DE and Viasat on a Vu+ Ultimo with a motorised or multiLNB setup could eventually run you a couple of grand with the majority spent on subs!

For football in Ireland, there are a wide range of options on multiple sat's namely 1w, 13e, 16e, 19.2e, 23.5e, 28.2e, 39e, and 42e the most easily receivable.
The current consensus is that a Cyfra sub(13e) and a JSC sub(13e) give the best combination of value and coverage of EPL and european Leagues and Uefa competitions.

My advice to you would be read the stickys, and manc-red's and headshot's threads from when they were getting setup.
Decide what you want, what you can spend, and then come back when you have a better idea of what it is you want.
Budget and coverage are what will allow you to get the best advice on a setup.
