Meteor contract signed by me but not dated- still valid?

    Hi,
I'm in a 12 month contact with Meteor for broadband to go (dongle).
I'm not happy with the contract and think I could have been offered a better one, even the 30 day rolling contact. So I'd like to get out of my contract if possible.

Meteor sent me a copy of the signed original contract. I see that I've signed it at 'customer signature' but not the date.

Just wondering is the contract still valid or would it be 'null and void'?

    Cheers,
    Pa.

Why would it be null and void?

I presumed that I was meant to sign my name and the date?
I'm probably wrong but just asking as there's a date section under the 2 sections where I sign my name.

You made the agreement and signed the contract, failure to complete a formality such as dating the form won't make it null, void, invalid or anything else. You are still bound by the contract.
