I am interested in this on behalf of my mother who is living alone and getting on. Have used Home Instead who are very good but expensive. Are there any other options out there?

I have the same question - my father is coming out of hospital soon and we're looking at home care options to supplement the family care. Was hoping someone might be able to share experiences re quality, costs, services etc.
