cheap tri bikes

    Just found a site online that sells VERY cheap tri bikes- I think the site is too good to be true and when I tried to buy a bike to see what would happen I could not buy with credit card or paypal- have to lodge money into some indonesian account, just wondering has anyone used this site or bought anything from them, site looks legit but if it looks like a rat and smells like a rat then it must be a rat!!
