    Interesting thread going on here in work problems. Is it the norm to work late in all Big 4 firms?

    EY are the only big 4 who dont get overtime/ time in lieu...

    This person is a manager as far as I can make out - I don't think managers get time off in lieu in any firm...

    Yeah EY don't have time in leiu. Sucky.

    Ah I just don't let the stress get to me. Leave at 17:15, work from home a bit in comfort if needs be.
