Does anyone put out salt blocks?

I put some out this year, first time, I had less orf than normal. However, I found it hard to actually find salt blocks/licks online. Does anyone here use salt, and if so where do you normally get it?

Are the salt licks for the sheep ? Looking at your pictures there i was thinking the grass must be loaded with it being that close to the sea .
Or is it different stuff in them licks ?

Do you ever scabivax the lambs John ??? I used to be plagued with orf and since using the scabivax i havent had a sign of it .. Brilliant stuff

Just salt in the blocks I used this year.

No, not keen on the idea at the moment.

Nutribio do Salt Licks.
They are around €10/€12 for 2x10kg Blocks.

Available through Glanbia stores Nationwide or myself.

from talking to lads there seems to be more orf about, if its a problem vaccination is the only real option
