    Hey, so I am a second year TCD student studying history and spanish and things fell through with one of my flat mates so my other flat mate and I have an extra room for rent in our new house. My other flat mate that I will be living with will hopefully be switching to law and french in september. If you're looking for a room and you think you might get on well with us please get in touch! Details of the house are below:

    Address: Millview Cottages, Inchicore, Dublin 8
    Rent: €384/month so €96/week and then utilities
    House is across the road from Goldenbridge Luas station which will leave you to Abbey street in the city centre. Also 5 minutes walk or so from buses leaving you straight to college.
    Specification: Parking, central heating, house alarm, cable television, washing machine, microwave and internet.
    House is split over three levels and has a beautiful interior and a small terrace at the back as well.

    If you google the addresses, you'll find they are both in the same place, the one I posted is the more accurate one as the property is actually a cottage beside St Helen's Terrace, but it is on the same street.

    Yes the 68 and 68A go there, but I have just offered the room to someone else! Sorry!
