I have a Triton T80, it is one year old and underneath the shower unit i noticed when i turn on shower water starts flowing out of a small diameter pipe that looks like an overflow, what is this pipe for? And can this be fixed?

you need a new presure relief device which that blow off pipe is connected to its more than likely lime scale in the shower head which caused it so clean it before you fit new part you can get part on net
