Does anyone know (have experience) whether there is a generic salary certificate form that all banks / mortgage brokers accept. I don't want to send HR 3/4 to complete.

I know brokers have generic ones. If you are sending in a few to your salaries department, just drop them all in at once. I'm sure they won't mind. They might be annoyed if you were to drop one in individually every few weeks! What I did was fill in the "simple" stuff I could to make it easier for them, and elt them fill in the pay amount and that stuff.
