I have to log in twice

Since the new look was launched, I have to log in twice. The first time I input my details and click submit, I'm just returned to the same page. I just re-enter my details and submit again and it logs in as normal. Not a big problem, but pretty annoying all the same. Would appreciate some help.

Last case similar to this, just needed the cache and cookies emptied.
