Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction, I have an old nutcracker which I love, however the paint has started peeling off of him. Would anyone know where I could bring him to be restored? I'll attach a link of the sort of nutcracker I'm talking about:

I'd suggest you go to a craft shop and see if they have any hand-painted wooden toys. If they have and they were made in Ireland then that might be your best bet if the factory will take on the job of restoring your nutcracker.

On the topic of nutcrackers, when Hillary Clinton ran against Obama for the Democratic nomination in 2008, one of the official items of campaign merchandise was a Hillary Nutcracker (I'm not kidding), wonder how much they will be worth in 50 years time?

That's gas! Can't believe that even exists!!

Thanks for your idea on my nutcracker, I'm going to check out a few places and see if someone will take on the job. Cheers!
