Hi all, Tv in the kitchen which is being ran through a Saorview box is fine but tv in the bedroom is very frustrating to watch. Signal is intermittent which makes viewing a pain in the arse. We a have new aerial in the attic which is connected to booster/distribution unit in the utility. I have checked all of the cabling and connections and everything seems fine. We have tried testing the bedroom connection with another tv and it was fine. Could the problem be with the TV. It's a Philips PFL5605. I have it set to uk in order use the epg and text functions as when set to Ireland these do not work. Even when set to Ireland signal is still brutal. Could it be the tuner in the TV?

Problem resolved! Just tested the signal with the Saorview box from the kitchen which I hooked up to the tv in the bedroom and the signal was fine with no break up in signal. Back to the supplier I guess.
