Do I apply with SUSI or VEC?

    Hi,

    I did a level 7 between 2007 - 2010 and dropped out in 2010 in the third year. I had a grant which was awarded to me by my county VEC. Since I dropped out till now I have been on jobseekers allowance.

    Recently, I went back to college (part time and paid the fees myself) to finish my last semester. I got a pretty good GPA which got me a place in fourth year (level 8).

    I would like to accept the offer but I am wondering if I could get the grant again and if so should I apply with SUSI or the VEC who awarded the grant to me initially?

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?     I applied with SUSI online about 2 weeks ago and still waiting on word back
