Golf seat belt tenioner

    Lads seatbelt on car is not springing back properly goes back in very slowly as if there's not enough power to pull it back in, eventually it'l go in with a bit of help. Is it a big job to replace these its a vw golf 07. forgot to mention its the drivers side seatbelt.

    Cleaning the belt often solves this.

    You'd be surprised, a brushing and silicone spray (not oil obviously) has done the trick lots of times

    i have been putting furniture polish on it but its not working
