Is there any information about this period on Jesus' life? Is there any reading material I can get my hands on to learn more about what happened during these years?

There is no extant documents for the mid part of Jesus' life, nor is there any evidence that those recording the events of Jesus' ministry had any interest in these years. Form their perspective they were interested in very specific areas. For example, how Jesus' birth was divine in nature and also how this fulfilled prophecy. His ministry - what he said and what he did. The final days before his execution. His resurrection and what this meant for all people.

There are some theories knocking about that Jesus ended up in India for a time. But I don't believe there is any compelling evidence that would warrant justifying this as history.

If some were to be believed, Jesus survived the crucifixion, travelled to India, and is now buried in this tomb in Srinagar, Kashmir. Although it would have foreshadowed all the twenty-something Israeli backpackers who travel around Asia, this seems more than a little unlikely though!

"Life of Christ' (4 vols) by Anne Catherine Emmerich, covers it nicely.

    No.

The only thing we know about those years are about the birth of Jesus as written in the Gospels, and about when he went missing from his parents and was found in the Temple - Teaching.

Other that that you are free to assume that our 'God' lived his life as a small baby, a dependant baby, a teenager, a dependant teen, a carpenter learning his trade, and living a normal life as any person does - and most likely he sought the solitude of prayer, like when he ministered and became the Good Shepherd.

He was a relatively young man when he was baptised by John and began his ministry and a relatively young man when those who loved him were torn between the law and recognising the new 'King' and he was crucified. For us, to know that love is the only real thing - that love exists, it's very real, the most real thing.

Here's a working version of your link:

Years ago when I was attending a church service in India the Reverend attempted to dispel the notion that Jesus had been knocking around India and had been buried there. At the time I had no idea what he was talking about but it later became apparent to me that this was quite a prevalent belief in parts of India.
