PSN Store Not Adding Funds

The PSN store is not allowing me to add funds. It keeps saying "Cannot add funds to wallet" or "error 80023102". I've checked the card details about 10 times over, everything is correct.

I've googled the problem and it's actually quite a common occurrence. I assume it's probably some over the top security system that Sony have in place after the whole hacking fiasco. I don't really understand it, the amount of money they are losing out on is ridiculous and you would think they'd have done something to improve the situation.

I topped up my 3v card by 30 euro just the other day and it's expiry date is in just over a month, which means most likely the 3v voucher will expire and I will have wasted 30 euro, or else I'll have to buy something I don't really want just so I won't waste the money.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or does anyone know a way around but I would appreciate any ideas.

I've really lost faith in Sony not just because of this but for their many other faults. Needless to say I won't be splashing out on PS4. Not happy.

AFAIK you can recover unused funds on a voucher.
