The hi cap ones are 300 round and yes they have to be wound up
the 1000 round one is rechargeable so does it at the flick of a switch or hand wind if you forget to charge the battery

I've a high speed setup - more of a couple of rounds quick bursts fella, u know.plus my M4 weighs almost 5Kg
although the 1000rd sounds tempting
