Need to source some warning signs, basically:

    (1) over head power lines

    (2) no trespassing

    any on line outlets?

Our local Down Syndrome group got signs made for free because the guy knows a family who are members. Shop local.

    on the ball,

signs for the forestry road, and old disused dwelling house which in poor repair

restraints for some swinging doors , a bit of work where we store sprays and chemicals,

recommended re wiring an old shed as the insulation looked to be perished ,

better vermin control in a old lean too

we are using an old open slurry tank for the run off the collection yard and we either make the opening smaller or install drop down flaps ,

1 or 2 other minor items.. gave us 2 months and said he or may not call back

Appears to the one that maybe of value. What did you think of the wiring yourself? Seems like he/they were reasonable to deal with.

the wiring is well over 30 years and he said it was only suitable for indoor use, while it is indoor a small section of it would have been exposed to moisture and sunshine at various times, it looked ok to me

while the inspection was on going he was very business like and not much chat, however afterwards even though he declined my offer of to come in for a cuppa, he did hang around chatting about general things

over all I though he was very fair which is all I ask from anyone
