I am looking for an adaptor/lead that could be wired to the back of the stereo in my 2012 transit connect. Anyone have a link to a product? Ideally I'd like to be able to move tracks from the stalk by the steering wheel.

No link, but Ford garage do stock them for 15-20 Euros, just clips in and put the socket where you want. This a headphone jack type 3.5 mm socket.
Not sure about iPod controls, but this would work via the line out or headphone jack.
