I only put my application in the post on Wednesday, I assume there will be no problem.
In any case unless it was been carried by donkey they should have got it today.

is it a first time application?
if not ya had long enough to send it back to them... they might not be in that much of a rush to process it as it states on renewals to send it back asap
and ya havent hope ya get it back on time as theres nothing worse than missing the 1st

Not a first time, just a delay on Coillte permits as leases were being re tendered for. Have had the renewal form for NPWS for months but have to wait for the supporting docs.

In fairness to them, they usually have em out quite quick, but the change of address might slow things down.

a handy tip is if your ever changing info on an application you should write a note with the application stating the change of rifle or ammo or address saves them the hassle ringing ya

they will probably ring ya to see if the details are correct now

Well thats a good service, application sent in on 18th July, and arrived today.

Roll on the 1st, it being a Saturday there should be more than usual out I think.

Have most received their licenses at this stage? I'm still waiting!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,805 ✭✭✭juice1304

I am still waiting, i did sent mine in quite late though. I gave them a ring today to make sure they received my application and the lad there said it'd be out in the next couple of weeks, that they were still processing them.
