Night Links to Bettystown

I've a friend who loves the party life and is always going on about how great Dublin City Centre is on the weekends (and during the weeks sometimes).
He seen a place to rent near Bettystown and is sold on the fact its near the beach etc etc.

He thinks there's a night link bus that he can get but I don't think there is.

I'm calling around to him later today and I'm going to inform him there's just no night link.

My question is: is there an alternative? How would one get from Dublin City Centre to Bettystown at, say at 3:00am? A taxi would obviously be out of the question.
Maybe there is a night link to Drogheda and if so, would it be a good idea to get that and then a taxi? Any idea how much a taxi would cost from drogheda to bettystown?

He has his heart set on this place so I don't want to break it to him he can't go to Coppers anymore.

    Any help is appreciated
