Mature Nursing Offer??

I applied for mature nursing but didn't get an offer. I did an arts degree about 10 years ago and yesterday I received a letter from one of the colleges I applied for with a form to fill in regarding any free fees I might have got with my previous degree. Does this mean I will be offered a place in this college in the next…
