    Not funny guys.

Reports say 50 now injured and numbers dead not confirmed. Its even been reported that a baby was hit.

Shooter/s where wearing body armour and threw tear gas and then opened fire. Truly awful stuff

Reports on Sky say 10 dead and possibly two shooters. Really awful stuff.

There is a thread already in After Hours.

Why did you open a second in the film forum?

So what! It was at the Batman film, it could just as easily have been the latest romance flick, what has some sicko going on the rampage got to do with the film forum?

This is awful, people will blame gun culture, violent films and so on. But what is it about the very culture of the US itself that these things happen? As for it happening at the cinema, I seem to recall shootings when The Godfather Part 3 was released in the States :(

Not sure if you are trying to say that im blaming the movie. Im not btw. Im not one of these who blames movies for peoples actions. I blame the people. I just put it here because I thought the movie going public, may want to know and discuss. Thats all.

Sorry folks, but this is a film discussion forum, and I don't see how discussion of this tragedy is suited to it. Plenty of more suitable forums on boards likely to have the same topic ongoing.

    After hours thread here: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056706457
