Hey folks, recently went to the dentist for the usual checkup and got told that I needed four fillings in between the teeth that they picked up on X-ray. I went back two months later for wisdom tooth surgery (we decided to do this before getting the fillings) and I was told she'd decided to treat one of the four with fluoride rather than a filling.

She put some fluoride gel on the tooth, told me not to drink for 2 hours, and that was that! What I'm wondering is, is there anything I can get over the counter that'll help the reversing process?
