With the summer gone to pots, i trying to build up good supply for the autum winter, can any one suggest a kit and any enhancment to make a good sesion brew.

Coopers Pilsner is pretty good. Brewed one about 2 months ago with dextrose and it's all gone already

will be kicking off a brew in a week or two myself.
Thinking about going for the little bit more expensive St.Peters Ruby Red Ale. Has anyone tried it. Then again Coopers Pilsner might be a better option as it'll only be my second brew and still refining the process
