Komplett pick-up time

Just a minor question, but one that's rather bugging me.

If anyone's ever ordered from Komplett for pick-up, how long does it normally take for them to receive it and email that it's available. The website says 3-4 days from processing.

My order was processed on Monday, so I assume it should've arrived yesterday or today but nothing has come through from them yet.

If it hasn't arrived by tomorrow, that might be a problem.

If it didn't arrive tomorrow, I planned to...

I was just curious to know if this was normal or not, or if anyone had any prior experience with doing it. I don't want to 'get frustrated' by a normal order time.

Unfortunately. I had to order for pickup because my card was rejected online.

May I add one mini question here? It's about Komplett but not pick-up. It's German, right? Are the keyboards and localisation German or can you get them UK? Superb deals, latest tech. but I don't want it in German. Thanks.

There usually international/US unless stated. International is almost the same as uk, but the " and @ are mixed up as far as i know.

    Yes, International-US.

It arrived Friday. It is Gigglesome though I still have to figure out how to do things like convincing the Nvidia drivers to update.

I love the matte screen, however. Really. It's one of the reasons I bought it. Why do manufacturers use glossy screens? The Spacebar annoys a little. Speakers are glorious compared to what I'm used to. And it's pretty damned quick with games.

Thanks, but that's not the problem. The drivers give me an incompatible hardware error message and then quit installing. For whatever reason they dont like the new machine.

Not sure if this is the problem with a component or software related issue.

Can you run the http://download.cnet.com/Driver-Sweeper/3000-2094_4-75219868.html in safe mode ?

I think it might be disliking Optimus for some reason, since a few other things detect the Intel graphics only and set themselves accordingly (Games mostly). I'll have a go at this when I'm not at work.

It's a minor irritation really, one that needs time really.

    It's German, right?

Wrong, it's Norwegian, but the Irish web shop is run by Dutch firm Paradigit.

Okay. That broke it so bad I had to system-restore to get the nvidia card working. It won't even install it's own manufacturer's drivers. Something about optimus and HD4000 is causing it to throw up errors about incompatible hardware.

It's probably something better brought up in the graphics forum, tbh
