Looking to get breakfast in either Dunboyne or Dunshaughlin on Sunday morning from around 10am - does anyone know if there's any place open (this Sunday).

I called Peter's in Dunshaughlin but they don't open til 12 (website says open for breakfast from 10am 7 days a week....)

Thanks for the recommendation but can you tell if the place is open on Sunday mornings or do you have a phone number for them (nothing on Google, Eircom Phonebook or Golden Pages)

Fidelmas hands down, it's about the 3rd or 4th place on the left as you come into Dunshaughlin from the Dublin side.
It won't be beaten... anywhere and yes it's open Sunday mornings(for the soak) ;-)

Opened thread to say Fidelmas, obviously I was beaten by the fan club, you won't walk out of there hungry (you may actually need to be rolled out if you go for the large breakfast)

Thanks everyone, but availability is nearly as important as quality this weekend!

Never been brave enough to chance a large, but I was indeed practically rolled out the door this morning after a medium with a side of mushrooms & onions. :D:D:D:D

Haven't been to fidelma's in Ages, but their breakfast's are legendary, definitely a good pitstop

fidelma's just can't be beaten, best for quality, size & value anywhere imho and all the girls that work there are very friendly. :)

you could take a rugby team in there and they'd all leave utterly stuffed without breaking the bank.

seriously, if you mention the words breakfast and dunshaughlin in the same sentence and it's not swiftly followed by the word fidelma's you've got to be nuckin' futs. :D

    and yes, open on sundays.

we used to live in navan and i make a mean breakfast myself, but we've driven from navan to dunshaughlin for a fidelma's breakfast several times and left thoroughly satisfied with the decision. :)
