Is there a portable version of ms word that does not need installation? Someone asked me to install ms word 2007.exe but there is no install option. It just opens as if it was installed. Normally clicking the exe brings a eula etc

Don't know much about word too many confusing icons

I don't really understand the question :S . If no version of Office is installed how about trying LibreOffice instead (Microsoft Office is not free)

I've no idea tbh, only one way to find out ;) . Make sure to set the English UK, not US spell checker obviously :) . You cannot legally copy Office from one machine to another, it won't work anyway as Office will need online serial activation
