Hi, sorry in advance if this is in the wrong forum.

Does anyone have a media player for a .603 file extension. It is CCTV footage. I have Googled it and I'm told it's a Ganz player but when I download it, it still wont open.

If anyone has any ideas it would be great, thanks.

Unfortunately not. I'm beginning to run out of ideas with it myself at this point.

    Thanks anyway

Hjsplit? Maybe it's only a part of the file. Are there other CCTV files with 602 and 601 etc extensions?

No it's just one file. I have tried the Ganz player and no joy. I also emailed their tech support and nothing back yet.

    The file is 1.7gb

Our company had CCTV files before with file types with numbers also, all I did was rename the files to .avi and they worked on normal VLC player.

Take a copy of the file, rename it and install VLC player. This might work too.
