Fta channels wont stay on

    Hi have been disconnected by sky after almost 15yrs due to a DD not been paid
    an oversight on my side.Told them cash would be in bank now but they wont accept that and want me to pay now with credit card which I cant:(been paying over €100 pm and this is my 1st time defaulting with my payment.Now I have no programmes on the box at all, well none that will stay on for more than 20 mins and then the banner comes up no satellite signal etc.I have done everything to try and get stations to stay on and have followed all the advice shown on hereto no avail,tried to add channels but banner comes up and cant do anything with box at all.Anyway round this I would appreciate:) Btw its an old pace box others upstairs are grundig sky+ and normal Grundig

    disconnect the power, remove the viewing card and re boot. (might work if you havn't already tried it)

    Thanks but done this a million times get as far as the menu and then banner comes up no satalite been received unplug from mains and if fault persists contact customer services:rolleyes:

    try connecting the feed of one of the other boxes just to see if a bad connection is the problen i presume you're using a quad lnb(4 connections from lnb on dish) one could be loose or damaged
