Watching CSI on RTÉ 2 HD and it has the words 'See It First' written under the Dog. I haven't seen any message like that below the Dog before.

I noticed it last week, again on CSI. It's too big and not necessary. I'd be fine with it if it faded away after a few seconds, but it's on for the whole show!

It disappeared after the last ad break.

On Sky it disappeared after the first ad break, so approx. 15 mins in.

    Same for both episodes tonight.

The DOGs don't really bother me, but the "see it first" and the RTE2 HD is a bit too much. They usually just fade away in my mind, but not this. It's very distracting.

They could make the DOG a bit more transparent if they are going to keep it.

I'm already watching the programme on RTE, I don't need to be told I can see what I'm watching on RTE first.

Maybe they were taken over by Viacom - they seem to love that sorta shyte.
