    Would appreciate some help with a training plan for the Dublin marathon.

    Did Dingle 2010, Cork in June and now aiming for no. 3. Used HH novice 1 and 2 thus far. Found getting 4 runs in a week difficult for Cork as have a baby and back at work. Would like to do 3 runs a week but any plans with 3 runs a week have a lot of cross training and I don't have that time or energy. And plans with heavy mileage are not an option for me.

    Should I just stick to HH novice 2 and be strict with tempo runs? My PB is 3hr 57 and would like to get sub 3hr 50.
