Between those two, I would definitely go for the HTC One V, but have a look at the Sony Xperia U!

I was stuck between them two as well, and I got the Ace 2, and I love it. It's a fast phone with plenty of internal storage. It looks great and so far ( I have it 3 weeks) I have no complaints about it, I have been unable to find any faults. If you have any questions about the Ace 2, I'll gladly answer.
