    Hi,

    I am a sole trader based in Cork City. Looking for affordable accountant/book keeper for my small online business (non VAT payer) to show me how to do my books that have not been done good few months. Currently selling 30-40 items per month.

    Hi There,
    You have to keep the following record;

    1) Sales (Sales Invoices)
    2) Purchases
    3) Lodgements (Business bank account)
    4) Cheque payments & direct debits (Business bank account)

    Questions

    1) When did you start business
    2) Have you registered with the Revenue
    3) Have you registered business name
    4) What kind of products you are selling on-line
    5) How much is the expected turnover per annum for VAT registration
