Not going to lie, but no:mad:. I used to but stopped as i wear a back pack and this covered the majority of the hi-viz from the back and with the riding position of the bike i have wont see much of it either.

Im probabaly just looking for a brighter bulb than the normal one as on my previous bike i had a HID kit and the light was unreal

In order to be seen better, and allow cars judge your distance, you need auxiliary lights to create a triangle affect. The further apart the better. The human eye sees this easier than a single light source.

I've put bulbs like that into my car and I can't see any difference driving at night, I don't use DRLs on anything with more that 2 wheels so can't comment on daylight use. During daylight the extra light won't make much difference, if they don't see a standard dipped light then they aren't looking or blind.

I am all for adding what ever you can to a bike to be seen better, its not gonna make it worse thats for sure. Just make sure that its near the same volts as the standard otherwise you could have trouble.

    FYP
Sticking a 90w bulb may do damage to your electrical system, most bikes (BMW boxers excluded) don't make nearly enough watts for the electrical draw of standard equipment let alone high wattage bulbs and heated stuff.
If you want to really increase the brightness you will probably have to fit an HID kit, failing that you would be best fitting something like Osram Nightbreakers, Philps X-treme power or similar bulbs which burn brighter for the same wattage.

The ones in the link are the same watts as the standard, just looking to see if anyone has used them or know of them, cheers

They seem awfully expensive for a single bulb, you can get a pair of Nightbreakers for that money, same with the Philips. They work really good in cars so I can't see they shouldn't work for Bikes.
